Create a Member Profile

Typically, new Member Profiles are added to your loyalty program by means of integrations with point of sale systems or other platforms. However, Customer Service Representatives can also manually add a new Member Profile through the CSR area of the platform.

Note: The platform also allows you to create Members by importing a file of Member details. Please see Imports for more information on this process.

The Loyalty platform distinguishes between the following two customer types:

  • Member: A customer who has enrolled in your loyalty program and has provided personally identifiable information (PII), such as their name, email address, phone number, or address.

  • Visitor: A customer who is logged into your loyalty program via tracking information (e.g., a web browser cookie), but who has not enrolled in your loyalty program.

To add a new Member (or Visitor):

  2. Click Add. The Add Member pop-up window is displayed.
